Very easy to assemble. Head and leg supports have optional settings for taller users. Head cushion pillow is a little hard and it could be a little wider. Cupholders are part of the molded pontoons, not inserts, so water won't eventually leak into the pontoon which was a problem with my previous float.
After only one use, the fabric pockets that hold the seating area to the frame seem to be tearing.
